Ts. Johan Mohamad is a professional technologist (Ts.) certified by Malaysian Board of Technologist (MBOT) and a certified trainer accredited by HRD Corp, having over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in the upstream sector in offshore production & operation, construction (Fabrication of offshore topside structure and jacket substructure, process equipment & pressure vessels) Underwater pipe laying, and field development. Throughout his professional careers, he has held various roles and designation such as Offshore oilfield Production team leader, Onshore Oilfield Production superintendent, Hook-up & Commissioning Engineer, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Business Development Manager, General Manager including Chief Executive Officer, member of the Executive Committee, and positions in senior management and board of directors.

He began his career at Petronas in 1983 covering downstream and upstream sector of the oil & gas industry for 10years andthensubsequently workedwithprominentmultinational companies in the oil and gas industry such as Shapadu Engineering, ABB Construction, Syarikat Steelcon, White Nile Petroleum Pte. Ltd., Brooke Dockyard Corporation, Ramunia Fabricator Sdn Bhd, Kencana HL Bhd, Labuan Shipyard Engineering, Global Offshore Marine, Euro Petroleum Consultants and ADSI Engineering Sdn. Bhd.

Amal Rusyda is a dynamic corporate leader and results-oriented professional with extensive experience in corporate operations, administration, and external engagement. A graduate from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with a Bachelor of Business Studies (Honours), she has built a strong career foundation across the education, banking, and logistics sectors. Her professional journey includes key roles at Monash University, Affin Bank, and Lima Bintang Logistic, where she successfully managed high-profile corporate events, strengthened stakeholder relations, and optimized business processes to enhance organizational performance.

Her career is distinguished by proven leadership, strategic thinking, and resilience, supported by certifications in Lean Management, education management, and interpersonal communication. With a track record of excellence and recognition for her contributions, she continues to advance as a corporate leader, combining strategic insight with people-focused leadership to deliver impactful results.

Muhammad Kashif have 21 years of experience in Website Development, Web Application, Mobile Application and he is a Certified Digital Marketer too. He have extensive experienced in results driven project management and proven track record in increasing productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

He have worked Globally with UAE, Australian, Canadian & USA companies. He have a huge experience in Hospital Information System, Hotel Management System, CRM, LMS, E-commerce platform and Tourism system. He is certified by international universities and colleges.

NOORASHIKIN ABDUL LATIF

Noorashikin more than 28 years of experience in banking and financial services industry, which includes 22 years working experience with Bank Negara Malaysia and subsequent years in consultancy services.
Experienced in organisational and national level projects that includes crafting roadmap and policies, engagement with different agencies and/or government departments, as well as involvement in execution of such projects.

Involvement in vast technological-related areas including IT Risk Management and Internal Controls, IT Security, IT Strategy, IT Projects, ePayment, as well as accounting & computing / digital forensic. She holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) degree from University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur; and a Dean’s Roll graduate in Masters of Commerce (Advanced) from the University of Queensland, Australia.

Ir. Suhaili Bin Kipli is a seasoned oil and gas professional with over 40 years of experience spanning engineering, project management, and advisory services. A pioneer in EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning) in the region, he has led the design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of offshore facilities, onshore terminals, and petrochemical plants, while advising service companies on successful EPCC contract execution. His holistic view of the project lifecycle is complemented by deep expertise in planning, HSE, quality assurance, materials management, logistics, contracts administration, budgeting, and financial oversight.

In 2010, he founded Cahaya Educational and Training Academy (CETA), Malaysia’s first institution dedicated to addressing the oil and gas sector’s skills gap. He personally developed CETA’s government-endorsed syllabus, enabling state and federal grants and delivering targeted training in areas such as emergency response, hazard identification, worksite safety, and project/contracts management. Beyond training, Suhaili has held senior leadership roles—COO, CEO, and Project Director—and contributed as an arbitrator and director for notable organizations. His career reflects a steadfast commitment to safety, excellence, and ongoing industry advancement.
